Westlands, Nairobi City Kenya

Sinapis is seeking an Entrepreneur Success Coordinator focused on sales for Acceleration & Advisory programs in Kenya, building and strengthening relationships with growth-stage entrepreneurs and key ecosystem partners. This Nairobi-based role is ideal for a connector: someone who thrives on building trust, sharing opportunities, and unlocking networks that help high-potential founders flourish.

As a key team member within the Acceleration & Advisory department, you’ll play a central role in curating a strong pipeline of entrepreneurs, walking alongside alumni in their scaling journey, and advancing strategic partnerships that expand the reach of our programming. You’ll serve as a relational bridge between entrepreneurs, investors, and support organizations, championing collaboration and Kingdom impact.

About Sinapis

Sinapis is a Christian nonprofit that equips entrepreneurs to grow companies that change the world. Our mission is to make disciples and alleviate poverty through the power of entrepreneurship. As we continue to expand, we are focused on building a best-in-class faith-driven entrepreneurship ecosystem in East Africa while equipping global partners with our training programs, toolkits, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Curation & Client Conversion

  • Drive the identification, screening, and conversion of high-potential entrepreneurs into Sinapis’ acceleration and advisory programs.

  • Manage the sales funnel from initial outreach and discovery calls to needs assessment, proposal delivery, and close.

  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams to continuously refine pipeline criteria, lead generation strategies, and conversion messaging.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance tracking in CRM systems to support forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across the entrepreneurial ecosystem including investors, corporates, NGOs, and development partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership needs, co-design strategic initiatives, and execute joint programming that extends Sinapis’ reach and impact.

  • Represent Sinapis in partnership meetings and proposals, positioning the organization as a credible, mission-aligned collaborator.

Entrepreneur Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for alumni and portfolio companies, offering ongoing relationship-building, opportunity sharing, and support.

  • Facilitate targeted introductions to investors, advisors, and ecosystem partners that align with each entrepreneur’s growth stage and goals.

  • Organize founder check-ins, alumni engagement events, and feedback loops to maintain strong ties and surface emerging needs.

Ecosystem Engagement & Visibility

  • Represent Sinapis at key ecosystem events, conferences, and convenings to build brand visibility and expand relational networks.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content development, newsletters, and storytelling that highlight program impact and entrepreneur success.

  • Monitor ecosystem trends, partnership developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy, messaging, and new initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.

  • You’re confident navigating ambiguity and can move between strategic thinking and practical execution with ease.

A Kingdom-minded leader

  • You have a vibrant relationship with Jesus and are passionate about our mission to make disciples and alleviate poverty through entrepreneurship.

  • You embody Sinapis’ core values: relational, excellent, joyful, open-handed, innovative, Christ-centered, eager to serve, and a wise steward (REJOICES).
