Sales Coordinator (Uganda)
Sinapis is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive entrepreneurial customer growth in Uganda through a relational, metrics-driven sales approach. This role is for a mission-aligned professional who enjoys building connections, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is motivated by both purpose and performance.
As a frontline representative of Sinapis, you’ll play a key role in executing local sales strategies, nurturing partner relationships, following up with potential clients, and strengthening our reputation as the most relational entrepreneur support organization in the world. Your work will directly help scale our impact as we equip more entrepreneurs to grow Kingdom-minded businesses that change lives and communities.

Sinapis is a Christian nonprofit that equips entrepreneurs to grow companies that change the world. Our mission is to make disciples and alleviate poverty through the power of entrepreneurship. We work in emerging and frontier markets to help entrepreneurs build Kingdom-minded businesses that create social, spiritual, and environmental impact in their communities.
To date, we’ve trained over 10,000 entrepreneurs across 14 countries, including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, and Brazil. As we continue to expand, we are focused on building a best-in-class faith-driven entrepreneurship ecosystem in East Africa while equipping global partners with our training programs, toolkits, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Sinapis Uganda sales strategy to grow our customer base of entrepreneurs and expand into new areas
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sales partners and leads, using a highly relational, follow-up driven approach
Promptly respond to inbound inquiries via HubSpot, social media channels, and formal office communication platforms
Manage the entrepreneur application pipeline, guiding applicants and conducting in-person follow-up or business needs assessments as needed
Implement a robust referral program through alumni and existing clients to fuel organic growth
Attend Sinapis events and key ecosystem engagements to build brand visibility and generate leads
Use CRM tools to track performance and provide regular reports that inform data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—especially marketing and programs—to ensure aligned messaging and a seamless onboarding experience for entrepreneurs
Represent Sinapis with excellence and warmth, living out our REJOICES values in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
A relational, detail-oriented team player with a passion for impact and a commitment to excellence. Specifically, someone who is:
A people person who loves making calls, following up, and listening deeply to customer needs
Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and sales activities simultaneously
Motivated by mission and performance—energized by both spiritual purpose and hitting sales targets
Eager to be in the field, connecting with clients and partners in a hands-on way
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, cross-functional team
A committed follower of Christ with a personal relationship with Jesus
Humble, teachable, and ready to lean in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Has at least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a mission-driven or relational setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
Solid understanding of business and entrepreneurship in an emerging market context
Demonstrates high integrity, emotional intelligence, and maturity of character
